DBGLX Timeline Info

Back in the 2004, member of Emulation Galaxy forums, SuperVegeta, started his sprite made - animated gif series called "Dragon Ball SV". This gave me an idea to make a series of my own, using my current knowledge in Flash. So, following SuperVegeta's example, I made an animated gif series, called "DragonBall GL". You can watch them here, for episode 1, and here, for episode 2.
Soon after, I realized that animated gif's aren't what I should be aiming for, using flash, so I started a new series, called "DragonBall GLX". The origin of "GLX" would have to be linked with the forums the series originated from, the "Emulation Galaxy" forums, or EmuGlx forums. And that is how all started. Episode at this time consists of 9 episodes. It was quite popular at a time, as I was learning flash while making it, which made every episode better and better. At one point, I remade a bit first couple of episodes, so now they look even better than some after them. You may read the fanart scenario of the series, up to the end of episode 9, below:

DBGLX (screenplay)

Dragon Ball GLX story begins during the journey of Raditz. Or to be more precise, eight days before he arrived to Earth. He suddenly woke up in his spaceship, and was unable to sleep because he was very anxious to see what happened with his little brother Kakarot that was sent to planet Earth so many years ago. But in that moment, something very unusual happened. His spaceship was hit by a lonely meteor that seemed like it came out of nowhere. As the spaceship engine nearly stopped functioning, and the gravity of the nearby planet was ruthless, Raditz was forced to land on that unchecked planet.
As the spaceship crushed on the planet`s surface, Raditz rushed out yelling in disbelief:"Is this possible?!" Than he looked around and noticed that everything around him was nothing but rocky wastelands and a vast sea... Not loosing his hope, he decided to look for some forms of life that would help him to fix his ship and continue journey...
And so, he came upon a strange-looking cave. He yelled inside of it:"Anybody there?" The answer was cold and deep. It invited him to it`s cave. Raditz entered the cave, and this is all that is known untill that moment...
Many years later, on the Planet Earth, way after the arrival of Raditz, fight with Frieza, and the Cell games, we find Son Goku and his son Gohan, exercising a bit, on a green field. As two of them were busy sparring, a crashing sound echoed somewhere in the distance. This alerted them at the spot, and they rushed to check out this potential threat for mankind.
And so, two of them came somewhere in the Diablo Desert. The thing they found was a Saiyan Spaceship, engulfed with dusty smoke and sparkles. As they were trying to figure out what was happening, another great powerlevel arrived. It was Vegeta. As he reaslized that a Saiyan spaceship was the thing that made so much noise, he immediately decided to destroy the ship. This decision was made clearly out of Vegeta`s deepest belief that any saiyan, beside him and Goku and his children is a threat and nothing less to the planet Earth and it`s habitants. Eventhough Goku would never let a innocent being, or being he wasn`t sure was evil, to die, he had no other choice but to let Vegeta do the things his way. This was the safest way, and even Goku knew that...
As the smoke curtain made by Vegeta`s KI blast was starting to diverge, a chilling voice came from it`s direction:"Is this the way to greet an old friend?" As all of them were a bit surprised, the smoke dissented, and strange red being with long black hair in Raditz`s hairstyle appeared. Not waiting a single moment, Vegeta attacked him, just to be thrown away by a single punch.
Here, this strange red warrior revealed his true identity to Gohan and Goku who noticed some Raditz similiarities. "My name is Xiwe!":he shouted, "Demon forsaken from long ago..." And here he told Goku and his son the whole story of Raditz`s miscarriage:"I lived on a uninhabited planet, formeless... For years and years. This planet was in isolated part of galaxy. Noone passed there for a very long time. But one day, I sensed a pretty strong being passing near my planet. It was a Saiyan. Raditz! I concentrated as much as I could, and used almost last atom of the psychical strenght I had left... With it, I uprooted a large piece of rock, and launched it towards the spaceship. I was lucky it was a clear shot. So, Raditz was forced to come to me... And to grant me a new body... Hahahah!" And here, Xiwe explained that in order to gain material form, he just had to get in contact with anything alive. And getting in contact with a Saiyan was even more than he could be hoping for. But he didn`t explain what happened to raditz afterwards, as he skipped everything, ending with words: "I want to challenge you all! Come in three days to opose me, or your stupid little planet will be destroyed." As the main reason for this madness, he proclaimed "fun" and nothing more... "And by the way, tell your precious little prince Vegeta my name... Bwahahahah!" Than, in a quick flash, he left... As Vegeta burning with insane rage stomped to the place Xiwe was standing on just a few moments ago, Goku used just a couple of sentenses to explain him the current situation. As Vegeta was surprised ast the mention of the name "Xiwe", Goku asked for the explanation. Vegeta decided to tell him everyhing he knew on their way back home.
This is the precise copy of everything Vegeta told Gohan and Goku then:"As you know Kakarot... Our race is the race of warriors. Race of conquerors... And, althought we were such a powerful race,
not all planets were easy to conquer... Some of them were so tough, so well protected, that even the strongest
among us couldn`t make them bow... And so... one day, we came upon the hardest of them all... Gatia... No matter how many troops we sent, no matter
how hard we tried, people from this planet were fighting back... Hundereds of Saiyans were dying, untill one moment. The moment people from Gatia decided to make a counter-attack... My father had no choice... He gathered all of the most
powerful wizards from all the planets we conquered. He asked from them to summon the most powerful creature they knew of... And so... Those fools summoned Xiwe...The forsaken demon of a noble blood-line... Raven Harvesters... In only one day, every Gatian was dead... Everybody considered Xiwe for an unstoppable minion under my father`s
control... but thats where they were wrong... On one mission, Xiwe was sent to the planet Pow with 20 saiyans, but instead Pow habitants... he anihilated saiyans that were following him... My father, with help of those wizards, and an army of 300 saiyans, managed to stop Xiwe... They took his body, and left him on an uninhabited planet... formeless...
The only way to destroy him was to make him stay there for three hundered years, because demons without a body, cannot last more... But... it looks like your brother found him in the meantime. Xiwe touched Raditz, and then, probbably, erased his memory, fixed his ship and then copied it with his powers... The only thing I don`t understand is: why he left Raditz alive...? Anyway... We have to hurry and inform others, so we can start training... And don`t forget one thing... That bastard is mine!!!"
As it was clearly noticable, some parts of Vegeta`s story were just presumptions that waited for confirmation...
Three days passed through tough training. Gohan trained with Goku and Goten trained with Krillin. Vegeta was missing. Later it was revealed that he was training hard and alone, so he managed to surpass super saiyan 2, and become super saiyan 3. But this form he performed only once, and after few seconds he lost conciousness forgetting that he ever did it...
As three days passed, Goku, Gohan, Goten, Vegeta and Krillin came upon opened field, far away from inhabited places...
Xiwe suddenly appeared. Vegeta decided to attack him all by himself. And so, the battle began. Self confident, Vegeta used only Super Saiyan form. This was his mistake. Xiwe managed to beat him up, and just the moment he was about to make a finishing blast, everyone else jumped in to help Vegeta. Goten took Vegeta to safe and so four of them began a fierce battle.
But they couldn`t keep Xiwe busy for a long time. As one by one fell on the ground, Xiwe was laughing in his delirium:"Is this everything you have to show me?! You`re a joke, not a warrior!" In that moment, it looked like Goku used all the power he had left not for an attack, but for a defensive shield, to protect Krillin, Goten and Gohan that were laying on the ground. As Xiwe prepared his finishing blash once more, a powerfull scream ripped through the air. It was Vegeta. He stood before Xiwe and showed him his full power. The power that was left forgotten somewhere inside of his memory. He was a Super Saiyan 3, and (for now) the first Saiyan known to reach this level. As he gave a bit of energy to his friends, he told them to leave the place and give him the chance to have his revenge. As Goku noticed Vegeta`s new form, he looked a bit surprised, but smiled anyway:"It`s good to have you back, Ssj 3 Vegeta..." And so, Goku, Gohan, Goten and Krillin left.
Xiwe looked at Vegeta. Malicious grin filled his face. Vegeta responded with effulgent and defiant glance. "So you want to test your power, eh Xiwe?": said Vegeta. "Then stay where you are, and try to survive my attack. If you dare that is..." Xiwe smiled and nodded. That was his approval. The two warriors took their stances and started to gather energy. Xiwe created bright red energy field around himself, and Vegeta started charging a new attack. In a cuople of seconds, a piece of ground was split into two, followed by the words "Burning KI fury!" Xiwe was pushed away, but still on his feet. Vegeta continued his attacks. But Xiwe was still standing. And than, Vegeta decided to finish him off with a full body KI blast. Xiwe flew away followed by a lot of smoke. Vegeta lost sight of him, but he couldn`t sense his presence anymore either. "Alive or not, you`re no longer a threat...": Vegeta though. He turned back, and started walking away, when suddenly, a small PL appeared somewhere in the back. It was Xiwe. He was still alive... "You really are stupid. You should`ve run away, while you still could": Vegeta was still full of himself. "No need for running away, when you have all the benefits of a Saiyan body.": Xiwe replied, showing him his tail. "But you cant transform into Oozaru when there`s no moon!": Vegeta laughed. "No need for a moon Vegeta. All the energy I need is right here.": Xiwe replied again, implying on himself. "NO! I won`t let you!": Vegeta was stunned and furious. But it was too late. Xiwe turned into Oozaru, and Vegeta was forced to continue his battle, against a giant monster. But this batte was rather short, as Vegeta soon turned back to his normal stage. "What?! No way!": he yelled. "This form uses way too much energy!" Xiwe laughed and knocked him down with a single blow. "I think I`ll let you live prince Vegeta. It will grant me some more pleasure knowing you`re watching your friends dying, one by one.. Bwahahah!" He turned away and left. Vegeta stood up. In his anger, he punched a nearby pillar. Just then he realised those ruins, lying just meters away. On a tombstone looking rock, this was written:"PORTARA EARRINGS Gift of the Gray Kai to the race of men. Unlike the ordinary ear-rings, these will grant you the most powerfull portara fusion. Eventhough there`s no difference in the appearance, the PL difference is huge. Use them only as the latter solution, when all other hopes fade."
Hours later, we find Goku sleeping under the tree, and Gohan, Goten and Krillin trying to figure iou what to do next. All of a sudden, enormous powerlevel approaches, so three of them woke up Goku. It was dark-red Oozaru. Goku recognized Xiwe. "Yes, it is I.": Xiwe replied. "But first, let me get rid of this useless form..." All of them were stunned as the giant ape shrinked, and behind glowing aura, Xiwe`s new form was revealed. "Do you like my new form?": Xiwe laughed. "Heheh... You were making fun out of blondes, and now, you`re blond yourself.": Goku answered.
And soon, the battle started. But this time, the four of them couldn`t hold on any longer than the last time. Only Gohan was still standing:"My father will destroy you!" Xiwe laughed at this, and blasted Goku away with powerfull KI blast. Gohan glared at the face of death, when suddenly, something stopped giant KI attack that was heading towards him. It was different KI attack. Soon after that, Xiwe was blown away with another one. It was Piccolo! He stood between Xiwe and Gohan, and gave his best fight ever. Piccolo brought some Senzu beans that fullt recovered Gohan, Goten and Krillin. But it didn`t last for very long. Piccolo was beaten. Xiwe laughed and said: "I want to play a game with you. The game I played with Vegeta. You fire an attack, and I`ll stand still. But it is you baldie, who must fire an attack!" Krillin gulped, and while receiving KI from Gohan and Goten, fired his best shot. It was Destructo disc. But it got burned up! Xiwe laughed and allowed him another go. Krillin fired Kamehameha, but again it was useless. Xiwe then said:"You have another shot. After that, you`re mine!" Krillin fired Kakusan ha. Behind smoky curtain, stood Xiwe. Completely untouched. He grinned:"This is where we say our farewells..." And in that second, someone screamed in the back. It was Goku. He returned. "Everyone, go home and wait for me. This is the battle that I must win.": said Goku. Everyone smiled as they saw self-confidence filling Goku`s eyes. And so, all of them left.
Goku stood in front of Xiwe, all alone. "So you`ll transform like Vegeta eh?": Xiwe asked while still grinning. "You mean like this?":said Goku and started transforming into Super Saiyan 3. "There! I was right!": yelled Xiwe. "Well actually", said Goku while descending: "You`re wrong!"
In this moment, Goku knew Ssj 3 form uses too much energy, so he decided to try using the Extreme Super Saiyan 2. Extreme Super Saiyan 2 is the second level of the second transformation. The first one was never performed, as Goku decided to go full Ssj 2 power right then.
A fearsome battle began. Ground was shaking, and it looked like Goku is winning. But right after Goku`s Ssj Kaioken, Xiwe laughed and said: "Let me test you, for real!" He than swooped away, and started performing his new attack. Last devouring blaze! Goku fired Kamehameha, and so, they entered power struggle. Goku gave his best, but Xiwe could not be beaten. He managed to hit Goku, and so Goku fell to the ground.
This is where Goku decided to fight as a Ssj 3, as he saw no other exit. But in that moment, unexpected KI blast blowed Xiwe away. Vegeta returned carrying two Portara earrings.
"Hurry up Goku. Put these on before Xiwe...": Vegeta started, when suddenly Xiwe hit him from behind. Vegeta flew towards Goku hitting him too, so Goku lost his ear-ring. Xiwe found it. "Too bad you won`t be able to use this. Hahahah!:" he laughed.
"What are you afraid of Xiwe? I thought that you would never doubt your own strenght. But now I see that you`re a big coward.": Vegeta tried to make him angry. He succeded as Xiwe returned him the ear-ring, saying:"Let us see who really spoken the truth about his superiority." Vegeta laughed:"I made the same mistake once, as you just did. Now you`ll feel the sharpness of the edge of pride!"
The fusion was performed, and Vegetto stood before Xiwe. Xiwe fired KI blast to test his power, but the blast burned away, as Vegetto`s aura rippled everything around him. Vegetto then took Xiwe high up, ant trashed him onto the ground. Xiwe was stunned in his disbelief:"What the.?! How could you?!" Vegetto just smiled and said:" Xiwe... It`s payback time!"
